  一;路器不能合闸


         产生原因有:欠压脱扣器无电源电压,未接通。智能型控制器动作后,控制器面板上部的红色按钮没有复位。操作机构未储能;抽屉式的断路器本体未处于“链接”或“试验”位置;“断开位置钥匙锁”处于闭锁状态。

排除方法:检查线路,接通欠电压脱扣器电源。按下复位按钮;手动或电动使机构储能;用摇手柄将断路器本体摇至“链接”或“试验”位置,用专门的钥匙打开钥匙锁。

 

二:断路器不能电动储能


        产生原因:电动操作机构电源为接通或电源容量不够。

排除方法:检查线路,接通电源。检查操作电压应大于85%Ue。

 

三:闭合电磁铁不能使断路器合闸


        产生原因:无电源电压;电源容量不够。

排除方法:检查线路,接通电源。检查操作电压应大于85%Ue。

 

四:分励脱扣器不能使断路器断开


          产生原因:无电源电压;电源容量不够。

排除方法:检查线路,接通电源。检查操作电压应大于85%Ue。

 

五:故障电流均超过长延时、短延时时、瞬时整定值、只出现瞬时动作,无短延时、长延时动作


       产生原因:长延时、短延时、瞬时整定值设定不合理,整定在同一电流值范围。

排除方法:按Ir1

 

六:断路器频繁跳闸


        产生原因:现场过负荷运行引起过载保护跳闸,由于过载热记忆功能未能及时断电**,又重新合闸。

排除方法:控制器断电一次,或30min后再重新合闸断路器。

 

七:抽屉式断路器摇手柄不能插入断路器


        产生原因:抽屉式导轨或断路器本体没有完全推进去。

排除方法:把导轨或断路器本体推到底。

 

八:抽屉式断路器本体在断开位置时不能抽出断路器
          产生原因:摇手柄未拔出;断路器没有完全达到“分离”位置。

排除方法:拔出摇手柄;断路器完全摇至“分离”位置。
